That cover looks good with the red lines, makes it pop. I think it turned out good. Was the cover black powerdercoated to start? Can't remember.
If you don't like the quality of the red painting, you could clean it all off and then spray paint the red in. We could think of several ways to keep the red off the black or clean it off afterwards.... I think it looks OK how it is, though.... Looks fine from here!

- February 21, 2018, 11:26:39 AMWell I tried to just paint over the lines but then when I tried to wipe the paint off the surface it did not come off so had to use thinner and then it got into the lines. was a real mess. So I used a really thin brush and a toothpick and just let the pain run into the groove. Up close not so nice but from the distance a normal person will see it fine, For a person with your OCD it has to be better.......
How is Aunt Tracy doing?
