I did the same thing and I got them from Jerry Greer's Indian parts. They are real glass.

Noise is not bad, but I do not really like the look.  It came on the bike when I got it.  Future project.

Eliminating ugly reflectors, still need to rework the brackets.  Found old school jewel reflectors.
