Ok, thanks, but what about valves, can I burn my valves if I put V&H without adjusting mixtures?

If I change my Drifter exhaust to V&H Longshots with Quiet baffles;

- do I must to buy Powercommander ?
- do I must to adjust fuel mixture ?
- are these pipes very loud with Quiet baffless installed
