Additional Wiring = ?

My understanding is there's 2 wires under the seat and 2 wires under the tank for accessories.

I know they are listed as being there, but on mine, and apparently Hawkfan's, too they were bundled under the tank. . I had looked for them before, but until I took the tank off for other reasons, I didn't know where they were.

HAH! you have found the hidden 12v accessory wires. They are the same circuit as the ones under the seat!

I'm working on installing a tac on my 1500 and while digging down to get to the ignition coil I came across two "spare" wires.  They come up with the wire lume for the fuel level indicator.  The wire colors are 1 black with yellow and 1 white with blue stripe.  They both have connectors as if they are for some option that would come with the bike.  I have a wiring diagram but dont see those colored wires paired up leading to anything.
Any assistance
