the light bar is my design but isnt finished, it still needs some airbrushing

It is a sky blue and the body shop that painted the Harley fairing said it is a very hard color to match. They even had the cover off the front brake.

I am in the process of making my own seat rail.  Be patient for the pics of the custom light bar and other mods, I am also trying to trike out my 96 1400 intruder

I'm not sure it's "white".  I think it may be a very light blue................
