I dealt with him a few years ago...has a real attitude...made a negative comment about my Viking bags (about how they were not "real" leather).  I said "Wow! you really don't want to sell me something, do you?"  That made him even more cranky  LOL....everything I've on the Saddleline bags for Drifters has the tops warping and fading from the sun after a couple of years...The Viking bags that were on my Drifter (that I recently sold) never gave me any problems with warping or fading...just my 2 cents on the subject

Really missing my ride, but at least it went to a good home....

Unfortunately, I had a similar experience with them earlier this year.

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM SADDLELINE.COM! They state on the website that it takes 5-10 business days to complete. With no order update, I contacted saddleline (by phone) asking what was going on. For an entire week, he kept telling me "its going out tonight, you'll get it in 2 days". On business day #16, I finally put my foot down. I told him "if I don't see any movement on the UPS site, I am canceling payment". He continued with excuse after excuse. Now my card company is fighting for my $360 back.
