I spent 35 minutes yesterday talking to my bank .

The Debit transaction with your telephone number in the description is a Pre-Auth raised by Megazip .

A pre-authorisation ensures that the business can later charge the actual transaction amount. Once the final amount has been assessed and charged, the pre-authorisation hold is released, and the actual amount is deducted from the account.

There is a standard five-day period for most pre-auths, after which time if no further action is taken the pre-auth will expire and the customer will regain full access to their funds.

Reviewing my Credit account today , I see that this Pre-Auth has dropped off , and I now have access to those funds .

This leaves still leaves the question of why this Pre_auth was raised and how the protocols of your Payment Provider "Stripe" failed to prevent it .

RATING IS 1 ,BUT ONLY BECAUSE i CAN NOT GIVE ZERO. THEY COULDN'T SUPPLY AN ADVERTISED ITEM - OK , that's life . SAID THEY WOULD CREDIT MY ACCOUNT, GREAT - BUT NO they debited it .

Will not acknowledge what they have done - obviously have not read the bank statement attached to my first correspondence via their Website "Contact Us", listing 2 debits , Not 1 .

Katherine K & Lana Morgun (Customer Service Managers, both) - IF human (not AI) are sharing the same brain cell - and having trouble with it.

Avoid this Company like the Black Plague , unless you want to waste 3 days , 6 emails and be charged twice, BUT only refunded once . THIS is the 1st review I have ever bothered to write . BUT these Idiots have tested my limit .
