Don't know of a list, but this is what comes in the standard Kawasaki kit -

Double open ended spanners (mm) 8 + 10 , 10 +12, 14 + 17
6" pliers
sparkplug remover , doubling as handle for #2 , #3 Phillips screwdriver & a medium slot screwdriver shank
spoke tensioner (never used)
Allen keys 5 mm (handlebars), 6 mm (Hydraulic hose line brackets),  8 mm (tension axle bolt left side front fork) & 4 mm

I use a velcroed chamois fringe to tidy up the back of the seat - remember that mudguard rises a lot on the 1500, when moving,
you don't want it scuffed up by a heavy leather pouch.

Hi Paul thanks - I did do that and it's gone.
I bought a solo seat that was from a Classic (all I could find and the price was right) and after fabing new brackets for it there was a lot of "space" behind the seat and other stock seat bracket. I'm thinking I will fab a seat rail for it as they seem impossible to find for less than a nut so in the mean time I attached a tool pouch to fill the void.
I picked up a set of wrenches so have the standard metric sizes and added some screwdrivers and different channel grip pliers etc. but I wondered if there was a list of all the bolt sizes. No point in carrying a wrench that won't fit anything.

Tim,

Are you are talking 1500 Drifter ?  Have you done this ?
Unlock the left side cover with the ignition key and remove the cover.
You will see an empty tray with a velcro band holding nothing in place,  except the tray. This spot is for your papers/user manual, not your tools.

Undo the velcro band/ribbon and wiggle & squeeze the bottom black plastic half to pull it free  (like an electical connection squeeze tab).
Turn this tray over and your tools are in a black clip top packet wedged inside.

My bike did not come with a tool kit so I am putting one together.
Does anyone know all the bolt sizes on the bike?
