Easy to build wind deflectors

The milling machine I have access to belongs to the state so I'm not allowed to make any profit, but that is probably the easy part. if a person just got some aluminum say a quarter inch by 1 inch and then belt sand the ends of it, drill some holes in it and you've got it.  And plexiglass wouldn't work because I think it will damage your gas tank. These wind deflectors will make contact when you turn your handlebars.

   Now just wondering if you have access to a milling machine, why you are not milling a bunch out and selling them to members at a reasonable cost to them and a small profit for yourself. Wonder if you could make the plate from Clear plexiglass.......looks like a really good idea......

I didn't mention it in the video but they only take 30 seconds to remove in hot weather when you say well I don't need a wind deflector now I want the wind.  Anyways check it out maybe it's something that would help you in this cold weather if you're like me and you want to ride all year round.
