Eastern Beaver can supply the connector pins (not necessarily the connector shells but I think they will have at least some of them) - at least they did the last time I purchased a bag of pins - that was probably at least 10 years ago now. I coudln't get any connectors or pins out of any of the local Kawi dealers.

Mine's an 01 but I'm not the one having the trouble (I'll add myself to the chorus of those that haven't seen that connector before_.

Hello Doobby.

Whereabouts is the connector located - I'd like to have a look at mine.

Most of the Vulcan 1500 connectors are Furukawa - not sure about the one in your photo though. I've had good luck sourcing Vulcan connectors and pins from Easternbeaver.com. They are very good to work with. I'd send him a picture of the connector to see if he can help with the shell and pins.

Been chasing an electrical problem and found burnt connection at the ground connector joint. Jumpered past the connector to confirm that this was the problem and I think this was the solution.

Never noticed this joint/connector until now. 14 pins connecting all of the ground wires together. Has anybody had to replace this? I can't seem to find this exact same part, but have found similar.

Any insight would be appreciated.
