Honeycomb type goat bladder

OK.  So I've decided to keep my Drifter for now and will fix the worn out components that 68,000 miles have racked up.  I have always wanted to put the Honeycomb cat on my bike.   Now the manual says these were only on the German model.  Is there anyway we could find one of these?  ID # KHI M 058.
