Hey Ratman, if I may pick your brain without creating a new post... You think it's possible to find the decals for our drifter even if it's just a printable version on a piece of paper? At least for one side? Front rear fenders and gas tank? I need to do something and was thinking silver leaf as after the paint it's just to plain and I like the original lines of the "pinstripe"

I got this one for Christmas from my daughter:

It took about 2 hrs to mount and hook up.  I mounted the power supply behind the right side cover and fed the wiring up through the opening at the top, along the frame and under the tank (I did remove the tank to be able to hide the wiring).  I zip tied the wires to each speaker on the handlebars, along with the remote volume control.  Everything was fed through the middle of the handlebar risers and down under the tank.  I also have a phone mount next to the left speaker.  With a small auxiliary power supply, I can have my phone play tunes and provide GPS directions.  The speakers are not overly large and provide decent sound...I don't use the bluetooth feature, since I have the auxiliary output wire right there with the other wiring.  I am actually quite pleased with the sound quality, and I was able to make the whole thing as unobtrusive looking as possible.  I probably would have preferred black, but my daughter thinks all the chrome looks cool, so she got me the chrome version.  you can see the speakers and the wiring coming out from under the front of the tank in the picture.

Hey guys with summer fast approaching I would like to get some input on what you guys think on a audio add-on with speakers, amp, and Bluetooth is a must. Any of you guys have a system you like?

The system I really like is listening to the growl of the motor through those mean pipes and the sounds of the world all around me!

Surfer Boy we are good...lol......but the stereo is really good. They will have a page pop up and ask you you are leaving and if you are unhappy make a bid on your product. I bid $80.00 with free shipping and won the bid....lol.....

I made my own brackets for the speakers and love having people look at them and ask why I have a set of fans on the bike. Only issue I have with the set up is all the wire......and no I am not going to be cutting and soldering the wire because that is not my area of expertize.

Ontario has a weird law for speakers in the helmets, you can have them in there but they can not be used to listen to music, only to be used for communications with a passenger or other bike.......my question is how do they know what you are doing.....

If they're Bluetooth, they don't.

Go to ebay and type in ( Motorcycle Audio USB SD FM Radio Stereo Amplifier Speaker MP3 Anti-theft Alarm, cost £21.75)
This is what I have on my bike, plays fm radio, and you can put a sd card in and play your music, but what I done was fitted a 3.5mm stereo plug in where the speedo holder is , then fitted a small set of crash helmet speakers in my helmet, with a small off/on switch inline, and it can be heard at 70ish , when riding the bike, Will get some photos do for you to see.

Dude, if I may Dude without insulting your sense of the Queen's English......I have a stereo system on my 800. It has 2 speakers, AM / FM radio, amp, Bluetooth, uses a micro SD card or a USB stick, it also has 2 remotes, a wired and wireless remote  Speakers are completely waterproof, I have the amp in the leather windscreen bag mounted on my front engine guard. I am use the 800 watt set up and I am really happy with it.
