Is that rear pin holding the rod in ace a Jesus pin?

mine are straight and slide in nice and easy.......

Guys I just realized something...  Is that rear pin holding the rod in ace a Jesus pin?  Maybe the previous owner bent it all out of shape...

Well guys first time changing brakes on a bike and I must say I wish cars were this easy...  Under half hour for both front and rear brakes.  Only thing that was a pain was that darn safety pin in the rear to hold the rod in place that was a nightmare getting back in

The EBC pads aren't the cheapest, but they work really well. I have had them on my bike for 1.5 years and they work great. Better than whatever pads were on there before, and (subjective) seem to have less brake dust than the old set.

  ok that was the last set I had and they were good and this set if I remember right I went with the organic, because they were on  sale.

I have been using EBC's since I bought the bike and have no complaints about them, I have used 2 of the different ones made for the Drifter but can not remember which ones I put on this winter.....but they have been really good brakes for me.

Let us know how those EBCs work for ya. I think $62 is a bit steep for two sets of pads – that wasn't eBay was it? Also, do you know if what you had on there was OEM? Knowing that'll help with the comparison. Ride safe.

hi no its directly from ebc as I know the owner...  Just couldn't get him on the phone to get them for free. Not sure what pads are on there now man.

Are you just replacing the pads?

Be sure to check your pistons and that the seals are not leaking. But an easy job swapping pads.
