First off, Troll hit the nail on the head.  Californians are generally more fragile.  On the other hand, some who are Cali natives realize the problem and move away so as not to be infected as we mature.

    so I can ship this adhesive to GB and he could use it and be fine.......that is cool......wonder if I could send it to 49 and he would be ok because that is like over California.........

My take on it is...   All that stuff only seems to cause cancer in California.  Just ANOTHER reason for me to stay away from there.

California residents are much more fragile than the rest of the country's citizens. Might have something to do with them being shaken, not stirred, all the time

  PC because you are a man of the cloth and a very knowledgeable person I have another question for you in regards to the US of A. I know you will give me an honest answer and help me understand my southern neighbours.

Yesterday I got a parcel from the US of A from California. Now in the packet was a couple of strips of adhesive to tape the product to the metal. Now in the packing was this note......

" WARNING:The adhesive used in this product may contain trace amounts of a chemical
known to the State of California to cause cancer, or birth defects or reproductive harm."

Well what about the rest of the states, do they not know this also is it only in California it happens? Why do they have this warning worded like that what about all the other states? Or is it you only get the illnesses if you live in California? Ok I will wait for your response.
