  Just heard on the news this morning that the RCMP have charged the registered owner of the bike with the charges and he is responsible for the fines and will lose the points from his license.

 A while back 49 Reo had posted a story of a dude riding a motorcycle through a mall in Surrey BC and here is the latest on that story, funny they can not find the owner....
