What's supposed to be in these bolt holes?

I didn't laugh, those were speedholes.
Where goes, or what was, this opening. The inside of it looks clean.

Located there where a step could be mounted but a little too small.

Thanks in advance and wasn't the pigs snout for letting air pass?

You talking about the 2 round holes in the end of the engine mount tube? If, so, nothing...that's the way they are..

Was having a smoke staring at my bike and noticed these empty bolt holes. Is there supposed to be something there?
