I'm down to 12978.8 miles now..still working.

Considering that Britain is only 900 miles from north to south that's a bit too much.

Wow, wish I could ride with you on that one!  I'm sure your routing would be superior to mine - except for running my Triumph GT-6 around the local countryside, I made use of the train and bus system for everything else!

Scotland 2.

I am visiting Scotland again this year on a small challenge ride, I have to visit the following places and take a photograph under certain conditions..

Cramond Island, Altnabreac railway station, Rannoch railway station, Killlantringan Lighthouse, Tioram Castle, Lochan Saile bridge, Lechd Ski Centre, Advreck Castle, Rua Reidh Lighthouse and probably John O'Groats simply because it would be rude not to.

Perhaps you can suggest a route..

As a further part of the challenge I  will be riding to obscure places in most of the counties in England and all over Wales and Anglesey..

If anyone wants to play at route mapping I can post a list..At this time the distance is 14,434.8 miles but I hope to cut that down by about 9,000 or 10,000 miles by juggling the route.

John.
