It took a while for him to get back to me.
Apparently he's had a bit of back trouble and is rehabbing for a few weeks.
So things may move a little slower than we'd all like.
Just sayin'.....

Ditto...last time I contacted him about an 800 seat rail....got nothing.

Agree with moosewayne though....have seen the picture of the 1500 solo seat with rail on it...looks good.

Let me know how you make out getting a hold of Singh  ::)

Awesome!  Thanks guys.   8)
I pinged Singh Saddleries on Facebook.

Ditto on Singh.
You'll have to contact him through facebook as he pulled his stuff from eBay.
$150 chrome or black.

Check Singh Saddleries, he makes seat rails, not sure if he has them for the stock seats or just the ones he makes.

Hey folks, so I'm hard pressed to find a chrome solo seat rail for my 800 (stock seat). Most, if not all, appear to be discontinued.
So I have three questions/requests for assistance:

1)   Does anyone know where I can get one?  I want to assume "no" on this question.   :(

2)   Does anyone know if the plethora of seat rails available for other bikes can be easily made to fit? I found an old thread that touched on this but seemed to end without any confirmations or solid info.   :-\

3)   So... this is the one that will really help to bring some closure and help on the matter for those of us still searching:
Can someone who has a seat rail post the dimensions/measurements?   Clear pictures wouldn't hurt but specs are really what's needed.

Namely, the separation of the mount points, the depth from the mount points to the rear, the width, and the rear height.
Thanks in advance
