Here's an idea for next time, it might sound a bit radical but..You could try paying for the tickets instead of picking up the one's other people throw away..

You run into those types all the time.  One guy was blabbling to us that he won $1,000 at the casino.   The part he left out was that it cost him $1,200 to win that.

that is like the time I took a bus trip and we went to a casino, and of course there has to be the casino expert on my bus. Explaining to everyone how to play the machines what the odds are and how you should enjoy yourself.
He started on me on the drive home, because I commented that after $200.00 I decided to just watch the rest of the people and watch the crowds and enjoyed myself. So stupid person I am I asked him how he made out, very loud and clearly he stated that he was going home at least $500.00 more in his pocket then he came with........
loud enough so other could hear me I commented that that machine I saw him at during the night and I saw him there at least 4 times, must have been a good machine to pay out like that......so next time I go to the casino I am going to look for that same machine, and use it ....ATM......it gives out money almost every time you enter a number......it seems......

ok really sad news, this will effect a few people, so PC, you can leave the room, D1 you too you got yours, petemoss your on the fence, oh GB for sure you can leave, Troll you can stay, DG you can stay.....DC your stache can stay you are on the fence too, but the news is that the North Bay winner of the Million is not me...so do not give up your day jobs and keep working, but I did buy some more tickets.........carry on........
