I need gas tank emblems...can anyone advise?

Its not a problem to post in the intro, its just an organization thing to help others having similar problems. They might not think to look in the intro for a tank emblem question.

Oh, I don't see why you can't post a question in your introduction.  That may very well be the main reason that brought you here in the first place!

Thank you so much pcarrell. Judging from the picture it is exactly what I need. I'm not quite sure why there is a left side and a right side since both sides are identical. I've ordered the part and hopefully I will have been right. I so appreciate the help. After I posted this, I realized I wasn't suppose to post questions in the forum so I apologize to anyone I may have angered or offended. I will try and be better and play by the rules. I'm not sure if they have them in stock, but I get a lot of my parts from these guys and they have always been real good to me.

They lookd to be in stock (when you click on the part # on the list it offers to add it to the cart), but they aren't cheap.  They're about $45 a side by the looks.

I am looking for an emblem for the gas tank but haven't been successful. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

hello Everyone,
I just purchased my first Drifter on Saturday. It's a 1999 with only 4600 miles. The owner dropped in within the first 24 hours of owning it so the tank has a dent in it. Thankfully I am married to an autobody repairman who currently has it torn apart in the garage to repair and repaint. I need to find a gas tank emblem but haven't had any luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have tried several websites as well as Ebay and Craigslist but can't find it. Please advise and thank you so much for your help.
