lol if you have a Roadhouse exhaust best hang on to it, because I have never seen one for sale yet, and was told they are no longer made.

Greenbarn yes our plan is to definitely catch drift-in 14 . We both missed out this yr due to prior engagements . It would be a great time to meet up some where with other drifters and head down .

D1; I use Microsoft Streets and Maps for planning some of my trips and the fastest easiest route does lay going through the Windsor / Detroit crossing. I have also been looking at the ride home and just might take the route up east and ride through at Watertown (NY) to Kingston and visit with my sister for a day or so before riding home.
ventoracing  has already suggested that I go that route, but long before he even suggested it petemoss had talked of having a BBQ and if I would join him, but the caveat was I had to bring GreenBarn. (Remember they have already met, so I think petemoss just wants a chaperone for GB)
A lot of my trip time will be contingent upon my sister's health and on my situation at work. But all plans are flexible till 5 mins before I leave the house.

I will be ready and willing to met anyone and I have my Santa pictures ready for a few people, GB has moved very high up on that list.......

Drift, Are you and Vent going to Driftin?
I checked Google maps, and looks like Ratman's closest route to Maggie Valley goes through Ohio, (unfortunately for Petemoss's budget for Barbeque supplies).  Closest route is a Western route down through Cincinnatti.   BUT, if we were to swing over East as far as Charleston WV, it only adds about an hour and a half to our trip.  If you guys can swing West that far, we could meet up there and ride down the rest of the way....   Just a thought.

it is cool when you can met other Drifter riders.

Mike your ride looks really good for 2 up and it was trying to sn*w here today, either that or the rain was thick....

Ratman , ventoracing has a beautiful ride for sure and meeting fellow rides is a joy ! To bad your planned route for drift - in 14 is through Ohio .

Had the bike out today for what could be the last long ride of the year for us in the Northeast... Had to put the two-up seat on the bike so the Boss could ride along. Left the house around 11AM and met Drift at Orange County Choppers cafe at 5 PM and still only managed to rack up a hundred miles... Riding just takes a lot longer when the Boss is along I guess.

Mini Drift-In 2013 with Drift at OCC cafe as I mentioned above... Drift has an awesome Army theme going on with his 2000 800. It was a real pleasure to meet a fellow (and local) Drifter rider.

Looks like I got a traveling buddy for Drift-In 2014!
