Blacked out Ebony Drifter?

  Mike; I have a 99 Sunbeam red and it is blacked out, I think you still need some chrome, and I am not a chrome fan by any stretch of the imagination, but you need a bit to bring the bling out in the bike, perhaps blacken the light housings, but the forks I would leave alone.....but each to their own.

You are correct, that is a genuine Indian airbox cover. I'll have to go through my records to see if I can find where I got it from and what I had to do to make it fit

I own an 02 Ebony 800 and I've always been a little jealous of the guys with the '99 and '00 with the blacked front end... I've never been a big fan of the chrome on my 02 so a winter project for me is going to be painting the front end gloss black and the engine cases a dull metal color.

Anyone done this on an Ebony Drifter?  I'm worried this might be too much black.
