Best photo "hosting" site

I use Picasa. Works really well, it's free, you don't have to use their software, you can use any email address, not just a google one, it's free, it has 15 GBytes of storage, and did I mention, it's free..and they host videos, too. I'm pretty happy with it...

I've been using Photobucket, but it seems slow, and glitchey.  I don't use it much at all except for forum stuff.

Does anybody have a favorite that's head and shoulders above the rest??

Did I mention "free" is highly preferred, or at least "very cheap"

  I don't use one because I never am happy with them, I use a really simple program from Fuji Film and the a program called Paint for all my pictures.
