WAY back when, I was introduced to Sapporo, and Kirin and Asahi..(mix that with a shot or two of Suntory)...all local beers, when I did an r&r in Tokyo...but, as I remember from those daze...Carta Blanca Dark when I could get it...

I rarely drink, but when I do it's Guinness or Sopporo black if I can find it. Murphy's if not.  nothing clear and yellow.

Thanks, and congratulations to you brother.  It's because the road is hard that makes the destination that much sweeter.

When I drank... I chose Southpaw Light.   Less than 7 bucks for a twelve-pack short-necks.

I've been dry since 2004.

lot of good choices here... guiness is a fav but have you tried a shor of rasberry liquor in it??  (chambord or razmataz) ... called a black beauty and is awesome!!!

... latest and greatest choice though is Southern Tier's CHOKLAT... rated 100 out of 100 points on the beer scale.

OK; this list is getting real interesting so I thought I'd mention that I'm married to one of the many great, great, great, grandaughters of the very prolific brewmasters from Germany who started Piel Beer in NY City.  You may remember Shultz and Duly, voiced by Bob and Ray?  Great family that has quarterly get togethers and they don't drink much beer; wine goes down well with the foods that we all prefer.  The stories of the brothers who started the place are ribald and more fun to listen to than you'd imagine.  Prohibition was a real business challenge and the new Ken Burns documentary trailers look very good.

Now, on a more serious note, we're expecting snow tomorrow but my 2005, 1500 needs a front tire.  I've been using stock Dunlops since I bought my '99 but have often heard talk herein of better tires; just can recall where.  What's the best white wall out there; I think it'll go good with the two tone black/gray?
Thanks,
Varooom

If you have never had Innis & Gunn then try one. The Original and the Rum Cask are both very good and go well with a steak.

I brew quite a bit of my own beer... mostly I make IPA's but occasionally branch out into others.  I've made some Irish ales that I thought were pretty decent and some coffee stout (with 4 cups of espresso for flavor...) that was amazing.  When I'm buying beer it's usually cheap stuff in cans for hydration purposes when I'm out fishing :D

I'm into Kilkenny, Bollekes (brewery De Koninck), Hoegaerden (brewery De Kluis) and plain stuff like Jupiler and Stella.
Also like Westmalle Dubbel (Trappist), Orval, Chimay, Leffe, etc..... Belgiium is full of Beers (with a Capital).

KsDrifter

My tastes are pretty mild,
Corona
Leinenkugel(sp)their summer shandy is awesome!
Blue Moon
Guiness
and for the redneck side, I really like a few Busch Light's after a day at the shop

Snow Drifter

There was a draft I had in South Hampton that was awesome but I don't remember what it was, or much else either! Tiger beer in Singapore is guaranteewd to give you a wicked hangover. Most of the brew here in Brazil isn't very good unless you add a dash of salt. They have a black beer here if you like something similar to mead. There are a whole bunch of microbrews in Maine that are fantastic. Sea Dog, Gritty Mcduff, Geary's, and Shipyard are all favorites. Then again I like em all!

Scot66

1.) Shiner Bock.
2.) Blue Moon.
3.) Fat Tire.
