Shorter kickstand for a lower bike?

There is a thread on this subject... Apparently, the voyager stand worked from one lowered 800 rider.

My first bike was a Honda Rebel. I don't knowif you'd have to rework the whole thing, but that sure was a short one.

My 2001 Drifter 800 came to me lowered, but with the stock kickstand, it stands nearly straight up when parked.   I'm not having any luck figuring out what a good replacement would be,although I heard the new Voyager kickstand is a better fit.  Any thoughts?
