OEM levers?

Oem levers have a dial for adjusting the distance between lever and bars... on vulcans the friction zone is always very close to the release point - farthest from the bar. If you aren't getting any clutch until up close to the bar, you have a problem... either the hydraulics - air/low fluid, etc... or clutch plates - wear etc.

Hi All. anyone have any tips on replacing the head pipe outer race removeal. Don't have the Head Pipe race remover tool part # 57001-1107. How did you manage to get the outer race out?

Hi All, update. Finally found a gear puller that worked, had one at work. The end that grips the outer case bearing needs to be sharp to fit into the gap between the Head Pipe and the bearing. To install bearing I used a large socket and tapped them in nice and tight. All back together now. Found a problem with the clutch, the lever hits the grips every time and are unable to bleed the clutch? Next project.
