My 02 800 has a progressive shock.  Some paperwork that was in the saddlebag says 20 & 420 series adaptive single shock. I can see the 1 to 5 rebound adjutment made for an allen key . Theres a shock style tool in the bag, but it doesn't look like an easy spot to get to. The gal I bought it from was on the short side so I imagine it was put on to lower the bike. The progressive site doesn't show instructions. I'd like to try to soften the ride. I'm 155lbs with a solo seat. The bracket systen for the saddlebags shows it hit the back fender in the past so I guess its set hard, and the back wheel seems to hit hard going over minor bumps. The rebound dampner is set at 3 . Theres 13000 mi on the bike . How is the adjustment done?
