Pinstripes

 I thought about the negatives,..might just look for a decent deal on different 'tin'
Front & rear fender..tank..& use my side covers as they are still black anyway.

Anybody have anything laying around???

 Before I sanded I would try a hairdryer and heat them up. They may peel right off this way. I did that to a truck i owned.

I looked at mine and they are stick-on but they look to be clear coated over so I think sanding is going to be the way to go.

 Has anyone tried to remove the [OEM] pinstripes from their Drifter?

I'm thinking of two-toning mine,& would like to remove the stripes,..without sanding!.My plan is to keep the 'gooseberry'  & add maybe a Titaninum like color to it.
Wondering if they would peel?....& what would be left behind?
