Tool Box Cover

Make sure that you have the holes in the cover properly aligned with the plastic studs and pull the cover towards the back of the bike. Check that you have the key turned so the latch aligns with the keyhole and push in and turn the key. The first few times are a little tricky, but if you take a good look at the parts you will see how it is supposed to work.

Took off my tool box today for the first time and to my surprise found a Powercommander III. Person I bought the bike from never mentioned that.
Problem is trying to get the tool box cover back on. It just won't seem to seat back in place far enough for the lock lever to engage. Anyone else have something similar. Might use a wire tie just so the thing doesnt fly off while on the road.
