Is it legal to ride withotu any mirrors on the bike?

The good thing is that this helped me figure out my seat rail (would have never thought it went on the shock) and my seat (Duh! the required brackets are on my dual seat!). I'm gonna have my friend make me another set so I don't have to keep switching them out.

I have a 2005 and have the same 53001-1943 seat but from memory the nose on yours looks wider but maybe not. I'll have to out and check.

Mine has a support bracket for the dual seat but I don't see yours on there so I guess that wasn't the problem. My solo sure is much softer than that Corbin dual that I have on now. I've never had this "burn" from a soft seat like I hear about but we'll see. One thing I like about the Corbin is the built in backrest of sorts.

I learn new stuff everyday... I discovered a long time ago, no matter how many miles I have under my belt or how much I know about a subject... there are a bunch of folks who have ridden more and learned more...

At one time my Dad (a police chief in a small town) owned a pool hall. While in A school in the Navy I spent all my spare time practicing on the barracks pool table... bought a fancy two piece pool que and thought I was very good. I went home on leave and challenged my father. He beat my butt... and all his friends beat my butt... I hung up my pool stick and learned a valuable lesson. Never take yourself too seriously... and never stop listening and learning.

In TN , you don't need turn signals, but must have one mirror.

I'm in Ontario Canada and we have more reg's than anyone. Years ago when the law said " riders must wear helmet' ( but didn't state where ) there was guys riding with it strapped to their knee. Didn't take long for our gov't to reword the law and protect us from ourselves.

One mirror is required, and although it doesn't say it specifically, it would be the left one. You should also note the noise requirements.....

I wonder if it is sate to state or universal.
I had heard you can ride in some states with one mirror then I have heard others say they passes inspection in their states without any mirrors.
Does anyone know?
I am in Ct but I cant seem to find any info yet regarding Ct dmv and motorcycles.
