There are 3 levels available.
1. Registered - up to 150 mb's of storage, no file size limits, 10 daily uploads - FREE
2. Member - up to 500mb's storage, no file size limits, no max # daily uploads - $29.95 subscription/yr
3. VIP - 2gb storage, no file size limits, no max # daily uploads - $59.95 subscription/yr
You WILL have to register to upload. I suggest you use your forum ID and password to keep things easy.
